We are looking for someone that is/can:
A licensed clinical or associate therapist (LMFT, Psy.D, LCPC, LCSW, AMFT, LPC, LSW) in the state of IL with experience in marriage and family therapy as well as wants to work in an environment focused on healing and wellness.
Provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
Experienced in diverse family structures and cross-cultural families, familiarity with Latino/a/x culture a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Excited to incorporate alternative therapy approaches and open to learning, like mindfulness, energy work or somatic work.
Incorporates and has an awareness about spirituality or transpersonal psychology.
Motivated to learn more and stay current on research and education in therapeutic approaches.
In individual therapy or has gone through at least one-year or more of their own therapy.
Has experience with all parts of a family system: individual, couples and family dynamics.
Interested in running therapy groups/workshops.
Available on some Saturdays and evening hours are required.

COVID protocols:
All therapists are doing telehealth sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform that is provided at this time. Work from home or use our office space to conduct sessions and meet for our in-person team meetings. We have safety protocols put in place and are always assessing and reassessing our approach. We will be moving to a hybrid model that best works for and supports therapists and clients.
Sol Wellness is a cutting-edge therapy center that is based around healing and wellness for the whole community, whether it is the couple, individual, child, or the whole family. We help and assist clients with trauma, life transitions, and any type of issue that impacts their relationships. We integrate different modalities, using many alternative therapies such as meditation, mindfulness, and body-focused therapy to work with clients. We work with diverse populations and understand that cultural context is essential to therapy. We are all very passionate therapists that love the work we do.

Part-time Organizational/Administrative Assistant
Part-time organizational/administrative assistant to work for both Sol Wellness, and our sister practice Introspective Family Therapy. The organizational/administrative assistant will work around 15-20 hours per week, Monday- Saturday, supporting the front and back end of our business, including managing, creating and supporting our systems, client support, and ensuring our staff is supported. This position has the flexibility to be hybrid: in-person and virtual.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and keeping practice operational systems organized.
Manage intake system (respond to phone and email inquiries, schedule intake appointments with appropriate therapist, answer practice -related questions).
Support billing department if needed.
Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure EHR files are accurate.
Data entry and office file organization.
Creating documents when needed.
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment.
Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Sol Wellness/ Introspective Family Therapy LLC.
Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
Other admin duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Believes in the importance of mental health and therapy/counseling services.
